Geyang,
It seems like you used a search engine such as Google to find this link, which
is a SLAC Operations E-log documentation link. The SLAC Operations E-log system
is based on a version of a Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility (TJNAF)
E-log system that was ported to SLAC in late Summer 2003. Theo Larrieu at TJNAF
is the author of this ported E-log system. The SLAC version contains many
modifications made by Theo and several people at SLAC (including myself) for
SLAC's unique requirements.
SLAC does not provide a download of the SLAC Operations E-log system.
The installation of this system is fairly complex and requires much more
effort beyond downloading software. If you are interested in the TJNAF
E-log system on which it is based I would suggest contacting Theo Larrieu
at TJNAF, who supplied documentation and extensive support during our port
of this E-log system. Since our port of this TJNAF E-log system, Theo
has developed a new version of it.
