How much later is the ADC than the MCA? What
times are you looking at to determine this?

I don’t understand how the RnROI field
could be different from that of the spectra. The RnROI field is computed when
the MCA stops acquiring, which is also when the sscan record reads both the
spectra and the ROIs.
What is the evidence that the ROIs are
incorrect?

I set up a 2-D scan as follows:
scan1 record: Drive is X motor VAL field,
trigger is scanH.EXSC field. I set its detectors to be ADC.VAL, DAC.VAL and so
on.
scanH record: No positions. Detector
trigger is the field for starting MCA. The detector is mca.VAL which is
the array .
Now, I want to save the ADC.VAL, DAC.VAL
and mca.VAL at the same time. But I can't get it. I find the data of ADC is
later than the data of mca evenif I set scan1.DDLY as 0. So please tell
me how to gain the float data and the array data at the same time.
