We do, and we're working up to a new release hopefully within the next few 
weeks, although the source tree is still undergoing some changes and is not 
always in a state to undergo major testing.  I do believe that we committed 
fixes to all the Windows build issues yesterday though, so this morning's CVS 
snapshot should build properly.

We are always grateful to people who help with testing at any time, but for 
specific releases we will make an announcement when we have finished 
implementing new functionality destined for the next release and are ready 
for others to run tests on it.  For R3.14.11 I hope we will be able to make 
that announcement sometime next week.
