 15.4.5.6 dbGetNelements

 Get number of elements in a field.

 Format:

   long dbGetNelements(struct link *plink,long *nelements);

 This sets *nelements to the number of elements in the field referenced by
 plink.

This is not what happens (using 3.14.8.2). The correct number of elements 
gets returned initially, right after the link is initialized. Subsequent 
changes in the number of elements are ignored, that is, dbGetNelements 
always returns the same number, until the link gets re-initialized.

And no, I did not expect this, though I probably should have... considering 
all the other things that don't work with array fields.
