I'm not going to the meeting, although you have me down for the last 2 talks.  
We should be able to find someone next week to do the "Codeathon results" 
talk though.  I think Eric might be persuaded to do "What's new in R3.14.11" 
(NB not .10 as you currently have) which I'd like to release around the date 
of the meeting; I'll ask him.

Oh, and Jeff called me yesterday to say that he's not going to be able to come 
next week.
