Hi,
It was suggested to me to run gdb (thanks!)  However, I don't
know how to decode this, so I'm providing the dump.  BTW,
I'm running CentOS 5 and epics-3-14-10.  The exact code runs
on my Scientific Linux box.

Here's the dump:
