Hi Frank,

I have built asyn4-10 under cygwin without problems.  Can you send the
complete output from make when the error occurs?  Also, what version of
gcc does your Cygwin have?  Mine is:

$ gcc --version
gcc (GCC) 3.4.4 (cygming special, gdc 0.12, using dmd 0.125)

Hi,
I'm having trouble to build asyn under cygwin-x86. I get an error 
message "devGpib.h:49:error:initializer element is not constant" 
and ":49:error:>near initialization for devAiTestGpib.funPtr[2]".
I get also errors for the next lines with deklarations as epicsShareFunc
in 
devCommonGpib.h .  LINUX_GPIB=NO .
I can build the base-3.14.10 with no errors.
