At the moment, StreamDevice has no driver support to read input from a PV. But
StreamDevice is quite flexible. Thus it should be possible to add such a driver
layer. However, if anyone has already written an asynOctet support that reads
from PVs StreamDevice can use it right away...
I think, at the moment it is easier to use sCalcout.
