I have a package of EPICS Windows binaries that you can get at:
 
http://cars.uchicago.edu/software/pub/EPICS_WIN32_binaries.zip
 
This includes the DLLs and command line utilities from EPICS base (ca.dll, com.dll, caget.exe, caput.exe, etc).  It also includes EPICS extensions DLLs such as ezcaIDL.dll, etc.
 
I believe the version on the Web was built with 3.14.8.2.

where do I find the latest version of the channel access dll for
Windows. I understood that it is delivered with a number of packages. In
wich is the latest version?
