It has been pointed out to me that I forgot to change the version number in 
the sncseq-2.0.12/configure/CONFIG file when I made that release, and as a 
result the updated sequencer still announces itself with the previous version 
number.  I have corrected this in CVS and replaced the sncseq-2.0.12.tar.gz 
file on the website.  The only change present is shown below.
