ANNOUNCER:  Ladies and gentlemen, the final, official release of EPICS Base
            version 3.14.10 is now available for download!

FX:         (Cymbal crash, loud applause, cheers etc.)

The release page at the link below gives the usual links to the source code 
download and the documentation, which is not yet complete; a new version of 
the Application Developers Guide will be coming out soon with updated 
information about the build system.  Please read the Release Notes when 
upgrading to this release as there have been many changes made since R3.14.9.
