Experimental Physics and
Industrial Control System

For some reason, I the sequencer program, it's includes, and libraries
insist on installing inside the sequencer local directory.

I've got the sources installed at /usr/local/EPICSSRC, and trying to
get everything  installing in /usr/local/EPICS.

Everything, with this one exception does.  Any ideas of what might be
incorrect in this single place?
