I had this problem too, so I set PINI to NO and then put lines like:
dbpf("firstRecord.PROC","1")
dbpf("secondRecord.PROC","1")
...
in the startup.cmd in the order that I want them to initially process.It makes for long startup.cmd files, but unlike Forrest Gump's mother's philosophy of life, you always "know what yer gonna get".
