The first public release candidate of EPICS Base 3.14.10 is now available for 
general download and testing.  If nobody finds any showstopper bugs in the 
next 7 days, this code (with cosmetic changes) will become the official 
R3.14.10 release in time for the EPICS meeting at INFN.

Please read the Release Notes if you haven't been trying out the CVS snapshots 
or the -pre1 release, since there have been many changes since R3.14.9 came 
out.  Note that the SNC/Sequencer version 2.0.12 is required for use with 
this version of Base.
