Hello all

After successfully building EPICS base using Cygwin toolchain for
win32-x86 environment and Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express Edition
(thanks to http://www-linac.kek.jp/jk/win32/) I tried building the
example app:
[~/app]$ make | & tee ../app-3.14.9-make-vc9.txt

Expanding dbd

not found

The execution of dbExpand fails with Cygwin not finding it using the
backslash. I am using tcsh. Why would this one line be generated using
the backslash?
