Hello Jerome,
The message means that the OMS VME58 driver has not detected any
change in the position feedback after 10 polling samples while the motor
was supposed to be moving.
You either have a problem with your position feedback device or the
motor is being moved very slowly with a high polling rate (i.e. the last
argument in "oms58Setup").
