Hi Andrew,

Indeed it is mainly people who have either converted Andy Foster
original driver to RTEMS and we did the tests with the original as well
under VxWorks.

Glad you fixed it in drvIpac, should have just checked with you first.

Many thanks for confirming the change, so I guess we can say no one
should have any Hytec IP Card / 9670 problems if they use drvIpac 2.9.

The drvXy9660.c carrier driver that was added to drvIpac version 2.9 
(which I believe can control the Acromag 9670 card) does set the CSR_ACE

bit of the Control/Status register.  My guess is that you were probably 
investigating Andy Foster's original carrier driver which I haven't 
looked at recently - can you confirm that?
