Software Systems Engineer - EPICS Core Development

 

Ref: DIA0389/TH

Salary: £33,000 - £45,000

 

EPICS is a very successful software collaboration to develop a control system toolkit which is applied so some of the worlds largest accelerator and physics projects. This is an opportunity to work on core EPICS developments, working with recognised lead engineers of the EPICS toolkit from around the world.

 

Candidates must have a good honours degree in physics, electronic engineering or computer science. You will have experience in developing software in a real time distributed control environment plus experience of the EPICS and the ability to work as part of an internationally distributed, multi-national team.
