It seems that your makefile doesn't know how to compile the st snl
program. It is probably because it cannot find the SEQ
binaries/libraries.

Did you remember to run "make" in the configure directory after changing
the RELEASE file? I always found this step counter intuitive...

BTW, is SNCSEQ set correctly? Shouldn't the sequencer be installed
outside of the base tree, let's say
in /home/rtems/epics-extras-3.14.6/seq-2.11 ?
