There is code for the marccd in the ccd module:
http://cars.uchicago.edu/software/epics/ccd.html
It consists of a database and an SNL program that communicates with the marccd server code via TCP/IP sockets and asyn.
It currently only supports mode 0, not mode 1. Mode 1 can improve performance for the multichip (MX) detectors, and should be implemented in the future, but it does not improve perfomance on the single element marccd.
I think that GMCA CAT at the APS has implemented mode 1, so if you need it you might get the code from them.

I believe one exist for remote mode 0.
