Well, everything seems to work, but have a problem with accuracy. It
isn't consistent, with an error of 0.011... but relatively close.
Rebuilding everything makes the system work without problem, now.

Then run the test by hand. Here's what I do for Mac OS X -- you'll
have to make appropriate substitutions (replace darwin-x86 with
netbsd-x86) for your host architecture.
./O.darwin-x86/epicsTimerTest
