I have not used dbLoadTemplate for a while, but dbLoadTemplate calls
dbLoadRecords internally.
Like this: (a portion of code from dbLoadTemplate.y)

		If(db_file_name)
			dbLoadRecords(db_file_name,sub_collect);

So, I assume dbLoadTemplate have same level of functionality, in principle.
