Hi Ralph,

We had a problem with our PV Gateway here at the SNS yesterday.  It
seems that we had two softiocs running with the same PVs on our network.
I know this is not proper, but it did cause the gateway to stop serving
PVs.  Are there any fixes available for this?  Yes, we know that we
shouldn't have multiple IOCs with the same PVs.  The gateway version is:

GATEWAY_VERSION_STRING "PV Gateway Version 2.0.0.0" compiled against
EPICS /base/R3.14.8.2 running on a linux 2.4.20-6 kernel.
