I have a PI E-621
piezo controller ( http://www.physikinstrumente.com/en/products/prdetail.php?sortnr=604000 ) that I
want to control from EPICS motor record. I see that there are drivers for other
PI modules (E516, E710) in the EPICS motor module.
Does anyone
know if any of these can be used to drive the E621? If not which would be best
to be used as the basis of a new driver for the E621?
Pete
