Mature point releases of EPICS R3.13 are pretty reliable, but I would switch
to R3.14 because your IOCs and control room pps don't need to run the same
versions of EPICS, and because RedHat Enterprise Linux simply didn't exist
when we developed R3.13.

Note that Mantis bug entry 291 documents some Linux compiler issues we are
encountering with R3.14.9 that don't occur with R3.14.8.
