Requests for channels with meta data is handled in the record support routines. It should be possible to write these support routines to handle this. Having said that, I'm not sure it is the best approach to take.

Hi
Is it possible (when writing a custom record) to somehow enable custom
alarms for every field?
Or is the only way to connect a ai record with Soft Channel to the field
and setup alarms in there?
