You need to get the sequencer package:

http://www.slac.stanford.edu/comp/unix/package/epics/sequencer/

Build it and then add its path in a line in your applications configure/RELEASE file.

You might be interested in a more recent Modbus package I've written that uses asyn.

Subject: Running sequencer within IOC

I am using epics modules for MODBUS-TCP i.e. modbusIP.tar.gz developed by Bob Dalesio for communicating with Schneider PLCs. I have written a small sequencer program, but I could not run this sequencer from st.cmd. It shows the following error:

It seems that it could not found seq. Kindly help mw to solve this problem.
