Hi Dirk
Sorry. I /did/ try the latest snapshot, that was the first thing I tried.
However, at this time I wasn't aware that we had two bugs at the same time,
the other one being in asyn/vxi-11. I learned that only later and it seems
I forgot to check with the snapshot version for a second time.

I thought posting on tech-talk would be enough to report a bug in
streamDevice. Should I CC you when reporting a bug?
