Hi again :)

EPICS is new at iThemba LABS.
And therefore I gave a "short" presentation and demo to some people here
a while ago. (Including the director)

But I'm myself also new to EPICS and fairly inexperienced.

So I've put up the presentation on the net. (for you to download)

It would be nice if somebody can give me some feedback? Then I can maybe
improve this to next time give a better presentation at my workplace.
And hopefully not say wrong things again.

I've also uploaded to .avi files - I've recorded these on my desktop
using ffmpeg. This is more or less what the demo was like.
But since I couldn't get the sound working the demo uses text :(
And I've compressed it to small files for the web & did not upload the
20+ MB original versions. (Due to the small size of the video some of
the text are just about unreadable - sorry - will make new videos later
when I have time)

download the files here if your interested

http://epicstlabs.sourceforge.net/pres/

(OpenOffice/PPT/PDF available)

There's nothing on channel access in that presentation - I think I
should add some of that. The presentation & demo took roughly an hour to
give. But you should be able to go through the slides in about 15mins I
think?

Thank you for your support/time!
-Heinrich
