epicsAtExit(function, data) will add cause the function to be called on
exit (strictly when epicsExit() is called, so I guess you need to use
that to exit your iocsh?)

On some systems (e.g. vxWorks), you'll need to have installed an extra
function in the Board Support Package. On vxWorks, this is sysAtReboot,
and Andrew's patch for it is at
