Hi Wiiliam,
According to something I just found on the Web, the Honeywell S9000 can communicate via Modbus RTU.
"On the logic processor module located at the far right in the Processor chassis there is a 25 pin D-sub. This port is RS-422/485 and can be configured as Modbus RTU slave. This will give direct access to the data in the logic processor and you can move data to/from the CCC configuration with blocks in CCC. "
If that is true, then you can use the Modbus driver that I recently wrote:
http://cars.uchicago.edu/software/epics/modbus
My driver supports TCP/IP, serial RTU, and serial ASCII.

Subject: Honeywell S9000 driver
Hello,
Is there an IOC driver/device developed for the Honeywell S9000 series PLC? We are looking at migrating our existing Honeywell Experion/SCAN3000 system to EPICS, but we have about ten of these PLCs installed. I am also looking for driver support for the Allen Bradley SLC 5/05E. I have found two Open Source drivers, one being TUXEIP, but I do not see the SLC 5/05 listed on the supported hardware list. Any help, info would be greatly appreciated.
