This just came in:
We did have 'pure Java CA client code' based on CAJ.JAR
running at that time, so this could be related to the
Mantis entry #268.
In Mantis 268, the CA server on the IOC calls asAddClient(),
then hangs in LOCK(asLock).
This this case, the stack trace is the other way around:
asInit(),
LOCK(asLock)
...
callback to rsrv,
LOCK(some CA lock).
For Mantis 268, Jeff and Andrew added a possible fix to R3.14.9.
Unfortunately, we're still on R3.14.7 and 3.14.8.2.
