Subject: Another Dual NICs question

Hello,

First, I would like to mention that I looked in the mailing list
archive. But although that question was raised in the past, the answer I
read were not satisfying.

Basically I want to start an IOC server on a dual homed ( 2 different
subnets) host. When I do a caget, I get:

[bluice@cxs0bl1 usr]$ caget bluiceHost:aiExample
bluiceHost:aiExample 4
CA.Client.Exception...............................................
Warning: "Identical process variable names on multiple servers"
    Context: "Channel: "bluiceHost:aiExample", Connecting to:
192.168.168.167:5064, Ignored: 192.168.1.204:5064"
    Source File: ../cac.cpp line 1224
    Current Time: Tue Mar 20 2007 09:56:15.161158000
..................................................................

After reading the CA reference manual, it seems that I just need to set
export EPICS_CAS_INTF_ADDR_LIST=192.168.168.167

But that doesn't work.
I am using R3.14.8.2

Note: I don't want to fix the client side (i.e. caget environment ), but
rather the server side (environment where the ioc is started and
running).
