i tried this on the epics brick (ebrick) and it works quite nicely. the
ebrick uses

epics 3.14.8.2 on top of vectorlinux v5.1 std.

Hello Jane,
have a look at the SLS packages for "IOC Monitoring" (extended
vxStats) and "PC monitoring" (Linux version) on their EPICS software
page at http://epics.web.psi.ch/software/.
These will probably get you as close as you can get.
