Subject: Java support for DST time zone changes

For those of you using Java (e.g. XAL, JCA, ArchiveViewer, etc.) you should check that you are using a current enough version of Java  to support the latest DST time zone changes.

For J2SE 5 users in the United States you should be using Java version 1.5.0_06 or later.
