Some of you may have noticed that Base R3.14.9 has been available for
download from the EPICS website since yesterday. I delayed this
announcement until the Application Developers Guide was complete.
For those of you using RTEMS, be sure to read the KnownProblems page;
Janet discovered a little build issue for RTEMS targets this afternoon,
for which we've described a simple workaround or referenced a patch in
that document.
Thanks to all the core developers, everybody who provided patches and
new architectures for this release, and to those people who helped out
by testing the various pre-release and RC versions.
