Look at the documentation for those environment variables particularly
the last 2.

EPICS_CA_AUTO_ADDR_LIST=YES
EPICS_CA_REPEATER_PORT=5064
EPICS_CA_SERVER_PORT=5065

and set them at different values BEFORE you start your ioc programs.

EPICS_CA_AUTO_ADDR_LIST=YES
EPICS_CA_REPEATER_PORT=5066
EPICS_CA_SERVER_PORT=5067
