At APS we have used RGAs for over 10 years now. We had standardized on Spectra
RGA which is now owned by MKS. We have used the RGA under HIDEOS and now with
MPF. I am in the process of converting them to support ASYN. I looked into the
SRS RGAs and it looks like an easy task to extend the RGA support from the
Spectra - MKS to SRS also.
We use a custom RGA record for control functionality and a the waveform record
for the spectrum.
If you are interested contact me.
thanks
