Hi Bill,

I know our beamline guys are using a large number of Phoenix controllers (don't know if they use the same type as you).
They access them through the EPICS OPC Gateway and an OPC server from Phoenix, which seems to run reliably.

At last year's EPICS Meeting at SLAC I was giving a talk about their system including performance numbers and email addresses of the contact persons here at BESSY.

Hope this helps,
Ralph

Hi all,
Has anyone had experience with using DevAsyn on a win/cygwin based
IOC's ? was it good, bad ?
Second, Has anyone worked with Modbus-TCP and the Phoenix contact
controllers ?
And lastly has anyone done any work at all with dynamic sequences or
runtime editable sequences or event scheduling.
