This is a reminder that if you want to attend the EPICS Collaboration meeting at Argonne next month, you have less than a week to register - the deadline is next Wednesday, May 24th. This is a hard deadline for anyone who is not a US citizen; if you haven't registered by then with all of the information requested on the form, you won't be able to get in the Argonne front gate.

May 24th is also the deadline to book accommodation for the meeting at the Argonne Guest House; room availability is not guaranteed after then.

The main meeting agenda is almost completely full, although I might be able to squeeze in a couple more talks. If you haven't submitted your title yet, please do so without any further delay. If your talk would be more appropriate for one of the SIG Workshops it may be easier to get it accepted by the workshop organizer than for the main meeting now. A preliminary agenda is now online showing all of the talks that have been scheduled.

On Wednesday and Thursday afternoon we have timetabled the period from 15:00-16:00 as an Exhibition Hour. Attendees are welcome to demonstrate EPICS-related equipment or software, especially if it's also the subject of a presentation at some time during the week. This time is also available to commercial suppliers to show equipment and/or distribute information about products that use or can be controlled by EPICS. We would appreciate being notified (please email me) if you are bringing a demo so we know how many tables and 110V power strips we'll need.
