I am trying to compile epics base (R3.14.8.2) as apart of the SDDS
toolkit install procedure. The compile fails with the error below. I am
compiling on an SGI Altix (Redhat Enterprise derivative Linux OS).
Uname -a returns:
Linux hippo 2.4.21-sgi306r6 #1 SMP Sat Jun 18 14:43:35 PDT 2005 ia64
ia64 ia64 GNU/Linux
gcc -v returns:
gcc version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-47)
Any help would be appreciated.
Regards,
Richard Martin.
P.S. I have 10GB disk space free in the partition on which I'm compiling
