We monitor power quality indirectly by monitoring a UPS via its
serial port. We're using a Best Power Axxium UPS, which gives us
input voltage, output voltage, load, AC frequency, battery voltage
UPS internal temperature and UPS status.

It's not as comprehensive as a power quality monitor, but it serves
our purposes.
