Subject: Building the sequencer on windows XP

Hello,

I am trying to build the sequencer (seq-2.0.8) on windows XP using the Borland free complier. I have EPICS base R3.14.6 built and running. It gets through a lot of the build before existing with the errors below. Does anyone have an experience building it for on windows?
