Stefan,

When using de waveform record as an output array, how can the array being
filled with values through MEDM. A subarray does not support writing values
to a waveform record.

Me too.  I don't see any device support for this record in EPICS base,
and I didn't find any by searching on the APS web site.  I did find a
message from long ago about use of the record at CEBAF (now JLAB).
There is at least soft device support for the waveform record in base.
