There is a wikified version of the original R3.13 Record Reference
manual (and a separate place-holder for a R3.14 version which is
currently empty). When I called for volunteers to update it only one
person expressed any interest (thanks Carl!) - I'd welcome additional
offers of help...
I have not been involved in discussions about the other manuals - the
IOC Application Developers' Guide is maintained in FrameMaker and would
be hard to convert to something like wiki or HTML without losing a lot
of the cross-references that it contains, which Frame uses to generate
the index pages. ODF appears to have equivalent cross-reference
capabilities, but I don't know of a FrameMaker to OpenOffice2 converter
- can anyone help with that?
