Hello, xu,

I succeeded in compiling EPICS against WinXP SP2 using
the free Visual C++ Toolkit 2003. 

So it is should be possible to compile EPICS against WinXP using
the Visual Studio .net 2003, because both compilers are almost same.

You can find some instructions from the EPICS website,
http://www.aps.anl.gov/epics/base/msvctk.php.
