At APS we have Spectra's RGA which is now owned by MKS system. We have been 
using  two models of RGA units -RGA vacscan plus and the Spectra Satalite RGA.

I think the Satalite RGA is now the MKS RGA unit.

The Vacscan plus was originally developed under HIDEOS however it was later on 
converted to MPF. The Satalite RGA is also under MPF.

It should be trivial to convert these to use ASYN drivers for 3.14.x

I will plan on doing this soon.

Will look into the MKS 111 RGA and let you know.
