Dear all,
finally I can inform you about the time table for buses and transportation.

Advice for speakers:

Please make sure that all your presentations will be available BEFORE
your session on the computer attached to the local beamer. For the first
session: Please send your PPT or PDF files to Matthias or Bob by mail.

Please do NOT foresee to connect your computer directly to the beamer!

No one is familiar with the local installation. Changing computers could
cause major delays.
This mail is sent to (EPICS) tech-talk and all participants which have
registered on the local meeting web page.

(Thus some of you will probably receive this mail twice)

All participants which have only registered through the ICALEPCS
registration pages are not on our mailing list. We do have the list but
not the mail address. Some of these are registered on tech-talk. About
twenty can not be reached this way - sorry.
