Hi all,
this is an update on the status of the EPICS meeting.

The work on the web page
http://epics.desy.de/content/e2/e3/index_eng.html is in progress.

You can now register for the meeting and enter your abstracts.

Both will be useful to organize the meeting. Sooner or later we will
have to know where you will stay during the meeting in order to organize
the bus transfers. In case you already know - please indicate it on the
registration form in the comments text field.

The abstract entries will help us to organize the agenda for the
meeting. Besides interesting presentations from labs about their current
developments we want to focus on the new EPICS version and in
conjunction with this discuss also the status of EPICS Office. Some of
the applications for the Office will hopefully be already in the state
to show some of the functional ideas.

Of course we are always interested in new and interesting developments!
So please fill in the form or just send us a mail.
Last not least I want to point out that some of you might need a visa to
enter France. Note: Archamps is on the French side!
