Hello all,

I intend to use SNMP for system/ioc statistics and maintenance.
( I already use SNMP but would like to create a MIB for key epics
processes and variables )

What was the purpose/function of devSNMP ?
I searched the net for a pointer and didn't find anything, but it might
be something I am interested in using.
